Foodaphilia Visits Us in Fishtown
In July, we received a visit from the editor of Foodaphilia.com, a popular local blog with a baking slant. The blogger (we’ll protect her identity by just calling her “E”) spent the morning with James and the gang learning about our all-natural starters and artisan techniques. She even pitched in by shaping some baguettes and cracked wheat loaves. Read about her visit here.
