Granola

We bake over 200 pounds of our granola every week and we still can't keep it in stock! Crunchy oats, chewy sundried berries, toasted nuts and seeds, and just the right amount of maple syrup make this one of our favorite items for breakfast and snacking. And now we make and package granola bars, with all the same great taste of our bulk granola.

Ingredients: oats, honey, maple syrup, canola oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, wheat germ, milk powder, almonds, pecans, sesame seeds, dried cranberries, blueberries, cherries and strawberries, spices, and flavorings.

French Berry Roll

Newspapers and magazines have praised this Metropolitan classic. Our French berry roll is a chewy, light sourdough, enriched with wheat germ and packed with sundried berries. With no fat and no added sugar, it's a great alternative to morning pastries.

Enjoy it toasted, with butter or cream cheese, or simply as is. Just try one, and you'll understand why it is such a sought after item.

Ingredients:Unbleached white flour, water, natural white starter, sundried berries (strawberries, blueberries, sour cherries, cranberries), salt, malt, wheat germ.

Don't worry if you can't eat them all at once. They freeze great!

Granola Bar

The same great granola in a convenient bar shape for snacks on the run. Shape held by additional honey.

Ingredients: oats, honey, maple syrup, canola oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, wheat germ, milk powder, almonds, pecans, sesame seeds, coconut, dried cranberries, blueberries, cherries and strawberries, spices, and flavorings.

Dog Bones

A tasty treat just for dogs!

Ingredients: White flour, whole wheat flour, white starter, roasted seed mix (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower seeds, oats, flax, millet), canola oil, wheat germ, cornmeal, garlic, bacon fat, sea salt, egg wash.
